[Overview]
Ultraviolet Photoelectron Spectroscopy (UPS), Low-Energy Inverse Photoemission Spectroscopy (LEIPS), and Reflection Electron Energy Loss Spectroscopy (REELS) provide information reflecting the electronic state of solid surfaces — such as ionization potential, electron affinity, and band gap — by measuring the energy of electrons and light emitted from the sample surface. In this seminar, after explaining the principles of each technique, we will introduce actual application examples and explain specific analysis procedures using MultiPak.
