Remote Support
This is a service that connects “your instrument” and “our support computer” via a secure internet site, enabling remote operation to perform “cause confirmation” and “situation assessment” when an issue occurs with your instrument.
Regarding instrument shutdown and startup during extended power outages
The shutdown procedure follows the instrument shutdown procedure for extended holidays, but if you have any questions, please contact the Customer Service Department.
Please note that during a power outage, the compressor supplying compressed air and various gas line supplies may also stop, and we recommend confirming the measures to be taken for these various utilities as well.
