Proposal for paid OS upgrade service in conjunction with the end of Windows 10 support
Microsoft has officially announced that support for Windows 10 will end on October 14, 2025. As a result, security updates and other programs will no longer be provided after the end of support, raising concerns about increased cybersecurity risks.
We have prepared a paid OS upgrade service for our products currently in use, to support you in continuing safe and stable operation.

Upgrade process
※ Please back up the data on your PC in advance.
- Simple instrument inspection before upgrade
- OS upgrade work ※ An internet connection may be required for license authentication. (Wi-Fi router lending is also available)
- Instrument operation confirmation after upgrade ※ Includes a simple instrument inspection.
※ This service is applicable to Windows 10 only. Please note in advance that the upgrade may not be possible depending on your PC environment.
Fee: Special price of ¥580,000 (excluding tax)
