We would like to inform you of our company’s response to the spread of the novel coronavirus, as detailed below.<\/p>\n\n

Regarding our response to customers<\/h2>\n\n

Our company has begun implementing work arrangements such as telework and staggered commuting. As a result, there may be cases where we are unable to respond to phone calls immediately. We kindly ask that you also make use of email and the inquiry form<\/a> on our company’s website.<\/p>\n\n

Please note that there are no changes to the telephone response hours for the Customer Service Department. In addition, when our employees visit customers for instrument maintenance and other purposes, we will continue to comply with customer requirements and prioritize safety above all else. <\/p>\n\n

Regarding visits to our company<\/h2>\n\n

When visiting our company, we ask for your cooperation with the following measures to prevent the spread of infection.<\/p>\n\n

  1. Temperature checks will be conducted upon arrival, and entry will not be permitted for temperatures of 37.5\u00b0C or above. We also ask that you fill out a health check sheet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. We are unable to accept visits from those who have stayed in or traveled to any overseas location within 14 days prior to your visit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    We will continue to closely monitor information from all sources and promptly implement necessary measures in response to the situation at the time.We sincerely ask for your understanding and cooperation.<\/p>\n\n
