ULVAC-PHI, Inc., continuing to prioritize the health and safety of our customers and employees above all else, has decided to begin guiding all maintenance work for customer instruments, starting with urgent cases.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are currently taking some time to address the urgent cases that accumulated during the maintenance suspension period. Regarding regular maintenance work such as periodic inspections and preventive replacement of consumable parts, we will contact customers in sequence after assessing the progress of addressing urgent cases.
