Focusing on new functions such as the new lens column, ICP ion source, and SmartSoft-SIMS, we will introduce improvements in analytical performance and operability, as well as applications to various material analyses, with actual measurement examples.<br\/>As an application example, we will also introduce the evaluation results of Na ions in glass using a cooling stage. Alkali ions tend to migrate during analysis and can affect measurement results.
